SweetBeat HRV offers an intuitive interface to monitor your heart rate variability, empowering users to take control of their stress and wellness management.
By analyzing HRV and stress along with additional data, SweetBeat HRV offers a comprehensive evaluation of health, providing valuable insights into the impact of your daily activities on key health metrics.
IMPORTANT: SweetBeat requires external hardware. A verified Bluetooth Low Energy Heart Rate Monitor, Wellue DuoEK hand-held heart rate monitor, or a Wellue VisualBeat heart rate monitor patch is necessary for accurate readings. While certain wrist-worn devices from other manufacturers are suitable for heart rate monitoring, they lack the precision required for HRV and consequently are not compatible. The Apple Watch is not supported.

SweetBeat HRV can also import data from your Apple Health app (such as SDNN, Resting Heart Rate, Average Heart Rate) collected by the Apple Watch or other authorized devices storing metrics in the Health app. This imported data is strictly for viewing purposes and is not used in any HRV calculations.
SweetBeat comprises two primary components:
- Monitor Stress
- HRV for Training/Recovery
Monitor Stress:
SweetBeat HRV enables real-time monitoring of stress levels, empowering users to proactively manage stress levels. Upon reaching a predetermined stress threshold, SweetBeat presents a Relax screen with tranquil imagery, promoting deep breathing exercises.
- Stats: The Stats screen, often dubbed the "geek" screen, displays all tracked metrics. Users utilizing the HealthPatch can access additional provided metrics.
- Graph: The Graph screen exhibits a live graph detailing heart rate derived from RR intervals. Rotating the phone 90 degrees counter-clockwise provides a landscape view of the graph.
- Export RR Intervals: SweetBeat facilitates the export of RR intervals and other raw data files in .csv format.
HRV For Training:
In competitive sports, enhancing performance often involves alternating intense training with periods of relative rest. SweetBeat HRV gauges HRV - an objective measure of the body's response to each workout - and issues training recommendations based on morning readings.
